This tool draws from familiar DISC language while offering a distinctly Christian, ministry-focused, and formation-oriented approach. Each profile includes practical insight, biblical reflection, relationship guidance, and next steps for spiritual growth.

Your Next Step

Prepare for Your Encourager DISC Discovery

Before beginning the assessment, you will first complete the Encourager DISC Discovery Guide. This helpful guide explains the four DISC patterns, prepares you to answer the assessment honestly, and helps you understand how to receive and use your results wisely.

At the end of the guide, you will complete a short Discovery Checkpoint. Once the checkpoint is complete, you will be invited to continue to the full Encourager DISC assessment and receive your personalized profile.
